The 32 page NST Basic Flip Chart contains every illustration in full colour that appears in all procedural demonstrations throughout the entire DVD set presentation.

The illustrations have been grouped in a ‘practical procedural format’ that flows seamlessly from one point to the next deepening the practitioner’s sense of ‘flow and integration’ with each new page that is viewed.

Every point has its own illustration, which is further supported by short precise notes that appear adjacent to the point itself and serve to further crystallize the practitioner’s understanding of exactly how to perform the work at that particular point.
